Match Day Assistant

Pure Football Club are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Matchday Volunteer Assistants to help support the smooth running of home matchdays and provide a welcoming experience for supporters, players, and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about football, enjoy working with people, and want to play an important part in the club’s matchday operations. Matchday Volunteer Assistants will help with a variety of duties around the ground, including general tidying and preparation, assisting supporters with queries, and supporting operations at the turnstiles before and during matches. Volunteers will help create a safe, organised, and positive environment for everyone attending matchdays. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing the ground before matchdays Support general tidying and cleanliness around the stadium/facilities Welcome and assist supporters with any questions or directions Help operate and manage turnstile areas efficiently Provide a friendly and professional presence on matchdays Support club staff with general matchday duties when required The Ideal Candidate Will Have Good communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude Reliability and punctuality The ability to work as part of a team A passion for football and community sport A willingness to help in a variety of matchday tasks No previous experience is required, as guidance and support will be provided.
