Masters Level Clinician CCBHC
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
- in accordance with CCBHC standards for coordination of care
- Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
- Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies and CCBHC standards.
- Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources and Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs), in accordance with CCBHC standards
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators in accordance with CCBHC standards
- Complete all CCBHC required assessments and reassessments on time.
- Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner, according to CCBHC standards
- Perform all required job duties and responsibilities in accordance to CCBHC Standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
Qualifications
- Education Level: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
- Years Of Experience: Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
- Certification/Licensure: Must have an active three letter or associate license.

Pay Range
$60,000.00--$70,000.00

Centerstone of Indiana is hiring Clinicians and Licensed Therapists to join our community-based teams across multiple locations.
