Masterdata Specialist - Tolleson, AZ

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain data associated with approximately 5000 different items as well as setup of new items.

Adjust machinery specifications/modes of operation to allow for more efficient handling of items.

Constantly monitor and address changes in items to maintain database accuracy.

Serve as the key point of contact for employees experiencing issues with items.

Develop new strategies and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow.

Cookordination with other departments and offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes.

Submit reports that outline changes made to items.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Associates Degree in IT related field is preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• 1 to 2 years of office and warehouse experience preferred
• Information Technology Experience
• Strong IT systems knowledge and understanding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Thorough knowledge and experience with the function and operation of WITRON systems
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to analyze system data and provide recommendations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights of 80-100 feet
• Ability to adapt to a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from +34 degrees to -15 degrees
• Ability to lift and carry materials/equipment necessary to do the job
• Ability to walk/stand during a designated shift
• Lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 pounds
