Perform repairs according to Toyota factory standards and procedures. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations. Troubleshoot advanced drivability, electrical, and performance concerns. Mentor and support fellow technicians when needed. Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction on every repair. What We're Looking For Toyota Master Technician certification preferred or equivalent master-level diagnostic experience. ASE Master Certification is a plus. Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with Toyota factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
