About the role

Our client, a leading pest control service provider, is hiring a Master Technician to work on‑site in a 100% field capacity.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator license.
• Proven experience in pest control.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess pest activity to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Perform pest control treatments according to schedules, safety procedures, and product label requirements.
• Safely operate, maintain, and care for all tools, equipment, and materials assigned to the route.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, service updates, and a focus on satisfaction.
• Identify and discuss additional service opportunities that support a comprehensive pest management program.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers by recommending effective pest management solutions tailored to their needs.
• Complete all required service documentation accurately and promptly using company‑provided mobile technology.
• Maintain detailed service records and correspondence through electronic and written documentation after each visit.
• Communicate with office personnel as needed to coordinate services, provide updates, and address customer needs.
