Job Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Document all repair recommendations and completed work accurately
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Stay current on Subaru products, systems, and repair procedures through ongoing training
- Contribute to team productivity and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- Subaru experience or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
