Master Service Technician - $5,000 Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using specialized tools and technical manuals
• Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, air conditioning, and electrical systems
• Complete scheduled maintenance services and factory recalls
• Document services performed and communicate findings to service advisors
• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians, parts team members, and service advisors
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through training and certification programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• Foundation knowledge of automotive systems
• ASE certifications preferred, focusing on relevant areas
• Experience with diagnostic software and specialized tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• English language proficiency
• At least 18 years old
