Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous supply of material to support production and meet 100% on-time delivery to customers.
• Work with production to determine schedules based on customer needs and ensure material availability.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate materials status, production priorities, and delivery commitments for any exceptions.
• Assist the Materials Manager in supervising the materials, shipping, and receiving staff.
• Maintain customer systems as required by the customer (Ford, Chrysler, GM, Honda, etc.).
• Assist with physical inventory.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of experience as Master Scheduler or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Eight years of experience with Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
• Eight years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Eight years of experience using TRANS4M software highly desirable; experience using shop floor control components of an enterprise resource planning package essential.
