About the role

Armtec Defense Technologies is an operating unit of the TransDigm Group (NYSE: TDG), an industry leader in aerospace and defense products and services. Armtec comprises three business units producing subcomponents for ordnance in Coachella, CA; decoy countermeasure flares in Camden, AR; and radar countermeasure chaff in Lillington, NC. The Master Scheduler reports to the Manager Procurement/Logistics, is based in Coachella, California, and works full‑time with mid‑level managers, supervisors, and employees. The role involves creating and managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS), providing guidance to the Production Planner, aligning customer demand with manufacturing capacity, materials, and inventory to ensure on‑time, cost‑efficient production, driving coordination across sales, procurement, production, logistics, and quality to maintain smooth operations and prevent bottlenecks, producing progress reports and encouraging IPTs to reach operational
