Master's Level Clinician (Seeking LICSW) - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• May be a good fit for clinicians seeking independent licensure in Massachusetts.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office location and able to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Conduct intakes and diagnose clients according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Work as a behavioral health generalist treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Massachusetts.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Pay

Up to $73,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time clinicians are eligible for flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
