Master Plumber

About the role

A Master Plumber is sought to install, repair, and maintain plumbing and hydronic systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Install, repair, and maintain hydronic heating systems
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks
• Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing installations or modifications
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
• Use basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects
• Provide field service support, addressing plumbing issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and components
• Minimum of 5 years field experience in a related position
• Familiarity with maintenance tasks related to plumbing installations and repairs
• Experience with Viessmann High Efficiency boilers
• Experience in construction site environments, demonstrating collaboration with other trades
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations is preferred
• Massachusetts Master Plumbing License
• Valid driver’s license
