About the role
A Master Plumber is sought to install, repair, and maintain plumbing and hydronic systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Install, repair, and maintain hydronic heating systems
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks
- Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing installations or modifications
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Use basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects
- Provide field service support, addressing plumbing issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and components
- Minimum of 5 years field experience in a related position
- Familiarity with maintenance tasks related to plumbing installations and repairs
- Experience with Viessmann High Efficiency boilers
- Experience in construction site environments, demonstrating collaboration with other trades
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations is preferred
- Massachusetts Master Plumbing License
- Valid driver’s license
