What You Will Do

• Independently repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot cold forming machines
• Assist team members in maximizing efficiencies during pit crew-style changeovers
• Work on experimental and developmental jobs, collaborating with engineering to document improvements
• Install new set-ups of machine tooling, operating automatic cold former machines at specified feeds and speeds
• Inspect parts for correct dimensions, tagging containers for traceability, and verifying raw material usage
• Complete paperwork, inspect parts, and perform daily preventative maintenance
• Move product, scrap, and slugs as needed, and keep work areas organized and clean
• Verify gages are calibrated before use
• Participate in daily stretching activities, team meetings, and work well with team members
