GYMGUYZ is the nation’s leader in mobile personal training. We bring personalized fitness programs directly to clients in their homes, offices, and community spaces. Our Everett/North Snohomish County territory serves active adults, busy professionals, seniors, families, and clients who want convenient, customized coaching without the traditional gym environment. Our NW Washington location is locally owned and veteran-owned. We are building a team of elite fitness professionals who care about client results, professionalism, accountability, and service.

Pay

$45–$50 per training session/hour, plus 5% commission on package sales, performance bonuses, and PTO. Typical commission opportunity of $800–$1,000+ per month through client assessments and package sales. Commission is performance-based and not guaranteed.

Schedule

Flexible part-time schedule with opportunity to build toward a fuller client load.

Territory

Everett/North Snohomish County, including Everett, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Monroe, Granite Falls, Sultan, Lake Goodwin, Lake Bosworth, Cathcart, Lochsloy, Canyon Creek, Woods Creek, and nearby communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and client consultations
• Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their goals, needs, and barriers
• Recommend customized training programs and help clients confidently begin their fitness journey
• Close personal training package sales through a consultative, client-first approach
• Deliver safe, effective, high-energy in-home and on-site personal training sessions
• Design and update personalized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Track client progress through reassessments and ongoing communication
• Manage your schedule and travel efficiently within the Everett/North Snohomish County territory
• Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
• Participate in paid community outreach and business development activities
• Mentor and support other trainers as the team grows

Requirements

• Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Proven ability to build trust, motivate clients, and communicate professionally
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
• Professional, self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfort using mobile and web-based apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments
• Experience selling personal training, wellness, or coaching programs
• Leadership, mentoring, or team-support experience
• Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar fitness platforms
• 1–3 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
