As a Master Trainer, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional personal training services while helping maintain a high standard of coaching across the team.Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of varying ages, fitness levels, and goals
- Congduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Design personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs and objectives
- Track client progress and modify programming as needed to ensure results
- Maintain exceptional client service and retention
- Travel to client locations throughout the service area
- Maintain accurate scheduling, session notes, and client records within company systems
- Serve as a role model and resource for fellow trainers
- Mentor and support trainers in program design, client communication, and service delivery
- Help maintain training quality standards across the team
- Assist with onboarding and development of new trainers as needed
- Build rapport with prospective clients during assessments
- Support assessment conversion and client retention goals
- Promote the GYMGUYZ brand within the community
- Participate in local networking, referral-building, and marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to grow business relationships and community partnerships
Qualifications
- Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Minimum 3 years of personal training experience
- Demonstrated success helping clients achieve measurable results
- Experience mentoring, leading, or supporting other trainers preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Sales, assessment, or business development experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the Greater Austin service area
