About the Role
As a Master Trainer at GYMGUYZ, you’ll do more than train clients — you’ll mentor other trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community. We bring fitness directly to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces, redefining what it means to train without limits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Passion for helping people, highly motivated, and organized
- Commitment to continual learning
