- Commercial Repairs: Gear up to repair HVAC systems in big-time facilities.
- Preventive Maintenance: Keeping things running smooth as glass. You’ll know these systems like the back of your hand and keep them one step ahead of breakdowns.
- Mentorship: Share your knowledge with the crew. Help shape the next generation of HVAC pros
Requirements
- 5+ Years of HVAC Experience
- Troubleshooting Experience
- Safety-First Mindset
- Team Player & Leader
Qualifications
- Experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and other HVAC components
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
