Master Electrician (Full-Time)

About the Role

The Master Electrician provides advanced electrical and electronic support for industrial operations, focusing on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment related to water treatment systems. This role involves working closely with engineering to develop documentation, manuals, and operational procedures, as well as training and overseeing lower-level electricians.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to electrical staff.
• Design and produce electrical schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.
• Support equipment installations and start-ups.
• Develop documentation, manuals, and operational procedures in collaboration with engineering.
• Train and oversee lower-level electricians.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and PLC programming.
• Proficiency with electrical software platforms.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Proactive safety mindset and team management abilities.
• Detail-oriented professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in water industry applications (preferred).
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Six Sigma certification (preferred).
