What You'll Do

  • Expert Level Diagnostics: Efficiently and accurately diagnose complex issues, including but not limited to: Check Engine Light (CEL) and drivability problems, intricate electrical system malfunctions (e.g., wiring, modules, networks), advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and other safety system faults, infotainment system failures and communication errors.
  • Precision Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs on identified issues, ensuring vehicles are fixed right the first time.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic techniques, and service information.
  • Collaborate: Work effectively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
