Pay
Expected Pay Range: $24/hr–$28/hr, non-exempt. This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and govern master data records across multiple business units to ensure ERP system accuracy and data integrity.
- Support customer, vendor, pricing, item, and bill of material master data processes while collaborating with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams.
- Monitor and support the NIRF process, track requests, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain related documentation and reporting.
- Perform routine master data audits, investigate discrepancies, and ensure established data governance standards and controls are followed.
- Manage master data requests, respond to inquiries, conduct ERP testing following software updates, and maintain supporting system tables.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to master data management.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a related role within a manufacturing environment, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data maintenance, validation, and governance.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in Deacom or a similar manufacturing ERP preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, and SUMIFS.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
