Master Data Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively identify manual or inefficient processes and propose and implement AI, automation, or system enhancements.
• Leverage (or develop) process improvement methodologies to achieve business goals, including designing, building, and maintaining reliable automated workflows for audits, reporting, and file delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to assist with production support issues.
• Collaborate with content, asset, and data governance stakeholders to assess business issues and determine the appropriate solution approach (e.g., automation vs. system enhancement), translating policies into checks, controls, and workflows that uphold data quality and governance standards.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver a roadmap aligned with company initiatives that support automation, process improvement, and Product Master Data system enhancements.

Business Requirements & Governance

• Translate complex concepts and customer needs into executable product plans by creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Set priorities and product development cycles for initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and balancing value, risk, and urgency.
• Participate in Scrum events (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups) by clarifying priorities, ensuring upcoming work is “ready,” and supporting the development team with ongoing questions.

Product Master Data System Support

• Translate complex concepts and customer needs into executable product plans by creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Set priorities and product development cycles for initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and balancing value, risk, and urgency.
• Participate in Scrum events (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups) by clarifying priorities, ensuring upcoming work is “ready,” and supporting the development team with ongoing questions.

Roadmap

Apply knowledge of business applications, processes, and their cross-functional impacts to develop, maintain and deliver a roadmap aligned with company initiatives that support automation, process improvement and Product Master Data system enhancements.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

The salary range for this role is $68,000/year to $95,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
