Master Data Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data entry guidelines and procedures to streamline data input and minimize errors.
- Provide training and support to staff on data entry best practices and ERP system usage.
- Collaborate with various departments to aid in the development of system reporting based on changing business needs.
- Monitor data entry accuracy to ensure compliance with established data governance and standards.
- Train users on data reporting capabilities and share new technologies for improved analytics over time.
- Analyze system data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Drive the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.
- Work with Business Technology and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and enhance system functionality.
- Manage the data obsolescence process.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of ERP or related software experience.
- Experience with ERP or related software.
- Experience with master data related to manufacturing, construction, financials.
- Capability to coordinate work with cross-functional teams.
- Development and adherence to business standards.

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
