About the role
Ace Handyman Services Asheville is a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company serving homes and businesses in the Asheville area. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
- Work out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Travel to job sites in Asheville and nearby areas using your own truck or van.
- Find and schedule jobs through Ace Handyman Services.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and good overall knowledge of multiple trades.
- Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsperson, estimation skills, and home inspection experience are preferred.
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Own standard set of tools for all trades.
- Own truck or van.
- Valid driver’s license and residence within 15 miles of Asheville.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Qualifications
- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsperson.
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Own standard set of tools to perform all trades.
- Own truck or van.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of Asheville.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
