Job Duties
- Maintains the standards of craftsmanship and adherence to the AHS system.
- Diagnoses, assesses, and directs other craftsmen over the phone.
- Oversight of the execution of the AHS system in the field.
- Responds effectively to difficult situations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Master Craftsman experience.
- Owns a truck or van and has the necessary tools.
- Has a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
- Is collaborative, optimistic, and reliable.
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades.
