Key Responsibilities
- Lead the application of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and specialized hard surface flooring systems.
- Oversee technical preparation, including patching, repairing, and precision cleaning.
- Manage production targets, equipment maintenance, and material efficiency while maintaining strict OSHA / safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ year(s) of commercial flooring experience.
- Ability to travel, including overnights and weekends, as project demands dictate (per diem provisions).
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and respirator fit test.
