Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services on General Motors vehicles, including engine diagnostics, brake systems, suspension, electrical systems, transmissions, and HVAC.
- Use OEM diagnostic equipment and software to accurately identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to detect potential problems and provide clear, accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and parts department to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer communication.
- Follow all GM service procedures, technical bulletins, and warranty guidelines to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications through ongoing GM factory training programs and apply the latest repair techniques and technologies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Document all repairs and maintenance work accurately in dealership systems to ensure service history and warranty records are complete.
Compensation And Benefits
- Pay Range: $5000.00 - $15,000.00 per month.

Qualifications
- Must hold Master Technician Certification (ASE Master level preferred).
- Strong knowledge of General Motors vehicles, systems, and OEM repair procedures.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, software, and tools for complex repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with service advisors, parts staff, and customers.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and GM factory training programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education preferred.
Corporate Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
