Master Automotive Technician (Up to $6k Bonus)

About the role

We are seeking experienced automotive mechanics to join our team at Carvana. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of professional shop experience and a strong background in automotive repair, including both light and heavy engine work.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of automotive repairs, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
• Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and vehicle climate control systems such as ACs and heater cores.

Requirements

• Absolutely open to initially working 1st shift while learning processes and completing training before moving to 2nd shift.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Fast-paced, ever-changing production environment experience preferred.
• Exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold) during work.

Qualifications

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of ASE standards and tool reimbursement programs.
