Key Responsibilities
Internal Control Manager
- Plan, organize, and supervise inventory control operations
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures
- Conduct reconciliation of material movements and report discrepancies
- Monitor operations across stores, procurement, production, and logistics
Electrician
- Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all electrical activities
Production Manager
- Lead end-to-end production operations including milling and packing
- Manage production budgets and optimize cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Drive process optimization and minimize downtime
Advisor – GAIL (HR)
- Provide HR advisory support across assigned business units
- Coordinate performance management and employee relations processes
- Monitor HR metrics, workforce levels, and productivity
- Support learning, development, and HR reporting functions
Requirements
Internal Control Manager
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, ACA)
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of internal control and inventory management systems
Electrician
- 5 O'Level credits including Mathematics and English
- NABTEB / City & Guilds certification in Electrical
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and safety awareness skills
Production Manager
- B.Sc./HND in Engineering or Science
- PGD/Certification in Milling Technology
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in FMCG manufacturing
- Strong technical expertise in milling operations
Advisor – GAIL (HR)
- First degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
- Analytical and reporting skills
