Massage Therapist - PT ( On call)

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist to join the team at Everline Spa & Resort. You will be part of a team that creates distinctive and authentic experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and team members.
• Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
• Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests' needs are being met.
• Maintain training and credit hours required to sustain state issued Massage Therapist license.
• Restore and restock treatment rooms to a neat and professional manner after each service.
• Ensure the privacy of each guest.
• Provide consultation to guests as needed to determine their unique needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Equipped with a state issued Massage Therapist license.
• Educated with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experienced with two (2) to three (3) years previous Massage Therapist experience, preferably in a luxury resort.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• The therapist requires the ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, and using hands and arms to apply constant pressure and repetitive motions.
• Must have strength, stamina, and dexterity to perform various techniques safely and effectively.
• This role involves regular exposure to dim lighting, light to moderate volume of sound, and aromatherapy scents.
• Requires maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace with exposure to certain cleaning materials.

Pay

$16.90/hr - $18/hr + fixed amount per session + 18% Gratuity Per Service
