About the role
Waldorf Astoria Chicago, recognized as one of the Best Hotels in the World and home to the Top Hotel Spa in the U.S., seeks a Part Time Massage Therapist to join its team in the Gold Coast neighborhood. The AAA-Five-Diamond, Forbes 4-Star property features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and four food and beverage outlets, all designed in the grand Parisian style of the 1920s.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
- Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
- Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
- Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
- Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
- Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
