About the Role

Spavia Ponte Vedra is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists at all levels of experience to join our team at our independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Ponte Vedra, FL. Massage therapists earn competitive wages per treatment, with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligibility for bonuses and sales commissions. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage treatments, including relaxation and therapeutic modalities (e.g., deep tissue, hot stone, sports, maternity).
• Offer massage enhancements such as CBD and Hypervolt to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
• Engage with guests to provide a customized and high-quality spa experience.

Requirements

• Active state license as a massage therapist.
• Reliable, punctual, passionate, and goal-driven.
• Professional, drug- and alcohol-free.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
• High energy, can-do attitude, and team-player mentality.
• Passion for the spa and guest service industry.
