Massage Therapist

What You’ll Do

• You’ll deliver exceptional, personalized massage experiences that leave guests feeling renewed, cared for, and ready to enjoy all Scottsdale has to offer.
• Provide expert massage services according to scheduled appointments and guest needs.
• Listen closely, assess therapy needs, and make thoughtful, accurate recommendations that exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain an impeccably clean, welcoming, and treatment-ready work environment.
• Stock treatment supplies and keep all service areas organized and presentation-perfect.
• Support the spa and resort team with additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy training.
• At least one year of professional massage therapy experience.
• A current massage license/certificate, valid in Arizona.
• Outstanding manual dexterity and the ability to perform massage therapy involving reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.
• The confidence and expertise to make quick, informed decisions about treatment needs.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• A polished, professional appearance appropriate for a four-diamond resort environment.
• A strong ethical foundation, a genuine spirit of hospitality, and respect for every internal and external guest.
