About the role

Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, a resort-style, 55 and over, active adult community, is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join their Tranquility Spa team.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt service with each appointment and performs services within the appropriate allotted time
• Provides consistent professional body treatments by spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• Helps support the needs of the spa and is willing to assist with Spa functions and events
• Maintains complete knowledge and understanding of all services; engages in professional continuing education and ongoing product knowledge
• Performs prep work and properly cleans, sanitizes, and restocks room as required
• Communicates to management any occurrences involving staff or members in the spa that require attention
• Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, and retail as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available
• Handles member’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously

Requirements

• A Valid Washington State Massage Therapy License required
• Liability Insurance required
• Must be CPR/AED certified (within 20 days of employment)
• Previous experience providing massage and body treatments in a similar setting preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with men's and women's treatments
