Massachusetts (remote) Social Worker (LCSW only) Supervisor

About the role

TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students during school hours and is hiring licensed and experienced LCSWs to provide supervision for two LMSWs in a school‑based setting on a contractual (1099) basis. This is a fully remote position. Opportunities to provide direct services are available through cross‑licensing, with reimbursement for cross‑licensing fees when there is a mutually agreeable state. As an independent contractor you can choose how many hours to work, select the days of the week and the hours within the school day.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to two LMSWs.
• (Optional) Deliver direct teletherapy services to students via cross‑licensing.

Requirements

• Independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working from home on your own computer.
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone.
• Full licensure/credentials in the state(s) where TalkPath Live is hiring, or willingness to become licensed.
• Functional understanding of electronic devices.
• Reliable Internet connection and a private, distraction‑free workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience with school‑based practice (preferred).
• Experience providing remote/virtual services (preferred).

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical comfort with computers and internet‑based platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
