Massachusetts licensed ,Weekend Remote Optometrist (VEH) – (Fri–Sat)

Description

MyEyeDr. is seeking a full-time, remote Optometrist (OD) to join our team!

We are currently seeking Optometrists licensed in Massachusetts and 2 of the following secondary states: IN, VA, MD, PA.

• Providing high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establishing a positive Doctor/Patient relationship remotely.
• Conducting all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensuring all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilizing all available technology to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensuring that quality of care and systems are maintained.

A typical day includes:

• Delivering live vision care and ocular services remotely.
• Supporting the work of an in-office technician and team.
• Using basic computer troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with MS Windows 10 or higher.
• Proficiency at using an electronic medical record system.

Education And Experience Requirements

• 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• 6-12 months previous experience with telemedicine delivery service preferred.
• Doctor of Optometry Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Licence in good standing in Optometry in Massachusetts.
• Strong communicator and listener.
