About the role

We are seeking an Army Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) Analyst to support the United States Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM). In this role, you will support the MTBP program by onboarding new Location Program Managers (LPMs), resolving participant issues, conducting town halls and training sessions, generating reports using Excel and Power Platform tools, and managing day-to-day activities of assigned MTBP locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and support for USAFMCOM’s Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP).
  • Assist with data entry, sorting, filing, and analysis; resolve issues directly with participants.
  • Provide detailed status reports to stakeholders and other ad-hoc reports on the program.
  • Conduct monthly training for participants.
  • Provide document processing support, including data gathering, compilation, analysis, filing, and report submission.
  • Collect, review, and analyze data (e.g., participant applications, location submission forms, re-certification checklists) for validation.
  • Maintain Installation Manager and Reviewing Official data within the Transportation Incentive Program System (TIPS) and access database.
  • Assist with the resolution of benefit returns and repayments for participants, officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide application site technical assistance for Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) participants, officials, and stakeholders.
  • Host monthly system training for TIP participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Up to 3 years of experience working with federal benefits programs, data entry, customer service, and the Army.
  • Experience working with GFEBS (1+ years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
  • Experience creating or generating detailed status reports with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with large datasets and conducting data analysis for reporting.
  • Experience supporting DoD stakeholders and DoD/Army Financial Management.
  • Active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power BI (desired).
