About the role
Lead and supervise a crew of laborers, Masons, and Operators to successfully complete commercial masonry projects. This is a year-round position offering steady work, strong pay, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce all company and client safety policies and procedures, including conducting regular tailgate safety meetings.
- Supervise a crew of up to 30 employees, prioritize work, and monitor quality.
- Read and follow plans, material lists, and guidelines; apply necessary timelines.
- Perform project layout and advanced installation/construction duties.
- Organize, lead, and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
- Handle crew member discipline and documentation.
- Complete and submit required paperwork, including crew member time sheets into payroll by deadline.
Requirements
- Masonry experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage job site operations.
