About the role

Fedelta Home Care is hiring caregivers to support seniors in Shelton and throughout Mason County. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders and assistance
• Bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Stand-by support, repositioning, or lifting
• Companionship—conversation, games, walks, etc.
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)

Requirements

• Active WA State HCA or CNA license
• Smartphone for timekeeping
• Reliable transportation to client locations
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check

Supervisory Responsibilities

None. Escalated matters of significance are referred to the Home Care Supervisor or Manager.

Education & Experience

• For Washington State employees: Certified Nursing Assistant (C-NA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) license is required to maintain employment (Fedelta does offer a fully compensated licensure program for those interested in continuing employment!) - licenses must remain in good standing during employment.

Certifications & Registrations

• RN Delegation certification is highly desired.

Computer Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Demands
