Key Responsibilities

• Install stone, brick, block, and pavers for patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
• Construct, repair, and finish masonry structures with precision
• Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and layouts
• Operate masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with site prep, grading, and material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional masonry or hardscape installation experience
• Strong knowledge of stone, brick, block, and paver installation techniques
• Experience using masonry saws, compactors, and related equipment
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50–75 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday

Physical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
