Duties and Responsibilities

• Install block, brick and stone
• Build leads
• Grout walls
• Lay out and bond walls
• Verify height requirements
• Ensure proper joint finishes of units installed
• Demolition
• Provide own tools required for all job functions
• Knowledge and training on scaffolds

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year masonry construction experience
• Reliable transportation to get to project sites
• Physically, workers must be able to:
• Stand or walk for long periods
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects
• Lift and carry materials weighing 40 to 80 pounds
• Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects and carry tools and equipment
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and see well (naturally or with correction)
