About the role
This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities. It involves performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks, supporting the development of new products and processes, and maintaining production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operates equipment for product manufacturing and assembly
- Collects and evaluates operating data to adjust equipment settings
- Maintains production logs and other documentation
- Supports installation, qualification, maintenance, and training of new or reused production equipment
- Drives quality and cost improvements through process improvements and troubleshooting
- Ensures availability of required raw materials for production
- Conducts quality checks on parts and components
- Works with Manufacturing Operations Manager and peers to meet output requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of relevant experience in electronics, computer skills, or similar field
- Associate's degree or higher in a STEM program preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in military electronic/avionic technician training, end-user computer skills, schematic/wiring diagram reading, electronic systems, troubleshooting, and repairing faulty equipment
- Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite
- Previous experience in Mask/Wafer manufacturing environment is a plus

$51,710.00 - 73,010.00 USD (Hourly Role)
Schedule
Thursday to Saturday and alternating Wednesday days (7:30am-8:00pm)
