MASCHINEN- UND ANLAGENFÜHRER

About the role

• You will be responsible for operating our printing presses
• You will learn the processes in our production at various stations and specialise in one or more machines in the long term
• You will share responsibility for ensuring a smooth production process and maintaining the high quality of our products
• You will handle all matters relating to our machines – including cleaning and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• You have previous experience in production and in operating machinery
• An absolute plus is your training as an offset/screen/newspaper or digital printer
• You have the drive and motivation to operate machines, learn new things and develop yourself further
• You approach your work with conscientiousness and care
• A plus is your forklift licence
• You are a real team player – you enjoy working in a team where everyone supports each other and everyone pitches in
• You are flexible with your time and can work shift rotations (early or late shift) during the peak season before Christmas for approx. 6 weeks
• You can communicate fluently in German, English or Polish with the team
