Maryville Licensed Practical Nurse (non iv-cert) - Primary Care Clinic West
Responsibilities
- May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients.
- Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers.
- Works under the direction of the RN and/or Provider.
- Administers quality patient care according to established standards.
- Works under the supervision of the Director, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
- Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings.
- Updates and implements the plan of care.
- Reinforces patient teaching and family education.
- Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications.
- Collaborates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program is required.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure in State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location within 90 days.
- Clinical\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days.
- 1 year of Hospital setting.
