About the role
Waldorf Chevy Cadillac is seeking Automotive Technicians at all levels to join their award-winning dealership. Positions available include Master Technicians, Shop Experienced Techs, Service Technicians (any brand), Recent graduates of Technical Schools, and Independent Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles using computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow manufacturer’s guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of computerized diagnostic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.

Pay
Technicians are averaging 50-80 flat-rate hours per week. Weekly bump incentives!
Schedule
Flexible Schedule including weekends.
