Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient and effective associate processing.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise flow onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain efficient goods flow.
• Monitor team productivity, coach associates, and prioritize tasks according to the store plan.
• Organize and rotate backstock for easy replenishment and uphold signage standards.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness, recovery standards, and compliance with recycling and hazardous‑waste programs.
• Provide accurate communication with management and associates regarding priorities and progress.
• Give and receive recognition and constructive feedback; partner with management on training needs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs, support shrink‑reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Pay

Starting pay range: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.
