About the role

Join Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, with 130+ country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs. This role involves providing exceptional professionalism and customer service to members and guests on the golf course, enforcing club rules, and ensuring a smooth pace of play.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with golf course etiquette, lost balls, and provide rides upon request.
• Inform members and guests about club offerings, features, events, and golf shop specials.
• Ensure presence on the course as scheduled and coordinate with golf operations staff to report incidents.
• Enforce club rules related to the golf course while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Address rule violations professionally and ensure a positive experience for all players.
• Maintain the course by repairing ball marks, filling divots, picking up loose items, and straightening cart guidance ropes.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff to ensure efficient service for members and guests.
• Complete daily duties in assigned areas to club standards, including keeping the course free of trash and restocking supplies.
• Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications.
• Attend daily briefings and engage in required activities to contribute to the team's success.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management due to the dynamic nature of the club.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role or extensive knowledge of golf.
• Ability to walk long distances and carry heavy bags (up to 75 lbs.) for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Excellent knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.
• Sitting, standing, walking, climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending.
• Lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs.
• Talking, hearing, and seeing.

Schedule
