Monitor account performance and market trends, setting proactive strategies to keep hotels ahead of the competition.

Team Empowerment Enthusiast

Inspire and train the team, oversee HR and catering, and step in as acting GM to ensure a smooth, collaborative, and fun environment.

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years hotel sales experience preferred; alternate: 4-year degree + 1 year experience or 2-year degree + 2 years experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and professional selling skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organization abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently and lead diverse teams
  • Experienced in sales/marketing principles; comfortable with financial data and working under pressure
