About the Role
This is a limited-term Marriage and Family Therapist position, which may be extended or become permanent. Applications will be reviewed on a biweekly basis through October 2026.
Effective July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) applies to this role. Full-time employees in Bargaining Unit 19 (and related Excluded, Exempt, and Statutory Exempt employees) will receive a 3% base salary reduction and 5 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Part-time and permanent intermittent employees are subject to prorated conditions.

Pay
Salaries listed do not reflect the 3% reduction under PLP 2025. Eligible new hires may receive:
- A $10,000 one-time recruitment and retention stipend after six months of employment.
- A monthly recruitment and retention differential during the first year (totaling $20,000), contingent on eligibility.
CDCR/CCHCS employees may qualify for a $5,000 referral bonus if the selected candidate remains employed for 90 days. A questionnaire must be completed during the pre-employment process.
