Responsibilities

• Create a clean and positive environment for guests
• Deliver an outstanding culinary and retail experience
• Foster cleanliness and sanitization of tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation according to specified standards
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Ensure safety and sanitation in the kitchen

Requirements

• 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
• Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by law
• Basic knowledge of restaurant skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
• Bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Routine standing for the duration of the shift
• Maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other kitchen equipment
