Responsibilities
- Create a clean and positive environment for guests
- Deliver an outstanding culinary and retail experience
- Foster cleanliness and sanitization of tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation according to specified standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Ensure safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Requirements
- 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
- Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by law
- Basic knowledge of restaurant skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Routine standing for the duration of the shift
- Maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other kitchen equipment
