About the role

The Marketplace Operations Associate supports Checkout’s Marketplace Operations with the continued development and growth of the marketplace. This position assists with onboarding new vendors and managing product setups for existing vendor accounts, ensuring all partners and products meet requirements and are set up within established SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketplace Operations team by operating the new products and partners onboarding process workflow.
  • Ensure new products meet Checkout’s quality assurance and legal requirements.
  • Work with vendors and integration teams to set up and approve new items in the Marketplace.
  • Assist the management team with new marketplace initiatives.
  • Analyze data and statistics to manage vendor product flow.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in eCommerce catalogs/marketplaces and project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive focused on execution, exceeding expectations, and building authentic relationships.
  • Demonstrates the ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.
  • Curiosity to learn new things.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a retail eCommerce environment.
  • Strong project management and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay

$21.00 - $26.00/hr.
