Marketplace Director, Great Lakes

About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated territory strategies for business growth
• Align cross-functional partners to establish regional priorities for effective execution
• Deliver insights on marketplace dynamics and develop strategic account plans
• Engage and build relationships with key decision makers in ATC and community accounts
• Coach and develop field teams to enhance clinical skills and customer focus
• Drive performance management and conduct regular feedback sessions with team members
• Oversee demand generation activities to optimize customer engagement across targets

Requirements

• PhD with 8+ years of experience, Master's degree with 10+ years, or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in a related field
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries focused on Hematology/Rare Disease
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership roles
• Strong operational and account management expertise in hematology/oncology settings
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead matrix teams toward achieving business goals

Pay

$205,615 – $266,090 annually
